摘要
目的:探讨共同性外斜视(CE)术后联合视觉训练对远期眼位回退的影响。方法:选取2017年8月-2019年7月襄阳爱尔眼科医院收治的92例CE患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各46例。对照组采用CE术治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合视觉训练。对比两组术前与术后7 d、30 d、60 d、90 d的看远斜视度与看近斜视度变化、近立体视功能恢复率和远期眼位回退情况。结果:术前、术后7 d与30 d,两组看远斜视度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后60 d、90 d,研究组看远斜视度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组看近斜视度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后7 d、30 d、60 d、90 d,研究组看近斜视度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后30 d、60 d,两组近立体视功能恢复率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后90 d,研究组近立体视功能恢复率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组远期眼位回退率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:CE术后联合视觉训练治疗可促进患者立体视觉功能恢复,降低远期眼位回退率,应用效果显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of postoperative visual training combined with concomitant exotropia(CE)on long term eye position regression.Methods:A total of 92 patients with CE admitted to Xiangyang Aier Eye Hospital from August 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CE,and the study group was treated with visual training on the basis of the control group.The changes of far strabismus,near strabismus,the recovery rate of near-stereoscopic vision function and the long term regression of eye position were compared between the two groups before operation and at 7,30,60,and 90 days after operation.Results:There was no significant difference in the far strabismus between the two groups before operation,at 7 days after operation,and at 30 days after operation(P>0.05).At 60 and 90 days after operation,the far strabismus of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in near strabismus between the two groups(P>0.05).At 7,30,60 and 90 days after operation,the near strabismus in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 30 and 60 days after operation,there was no significant difference in the recovery rate of near-stereoscopic vision function between the two groups(P>0.05).At 90 days after operation,the recovery rate of near-stereoscopic vision function in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The long-term eye position regression rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The combination of visual training after CE can promote the recovery of stereoscopic vision function and reduce the long-term eye position regression rate,and the application effect is significant.
