支气管动脉栓塞术治疗大咯血的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Bronchial Arterial Embolism in Treatment of Massive Hemoptysis

目的:探讨支气管动脉栓塞术治疗大咯血的临床效果。方法:选取南华大学附属长沙中心医院2017年2月-2022年3月收治的200例大咯血患者作为研究对象,随机分为介入组和对照组,每组100例。介入组实施支气管动脉栓塞术治疗,对照组实施基础疗法。比较两组生活质量评分、临床治疗效果、并发症发生率及复发率。结果:治疗前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,介入组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。介入组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。介入组并发症发生率和复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于传统大咯血治疗方法,支气管动脉栓塞术的临床效果更明显,对改善患者预后具有重要意义,值得积极推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bronchial arterial embolism in the treatment of massive hemoptysis.Methods:A total of 200 patients with massive hemoptysis who were admitted to Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to University of South China from February 2017 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 100 patients in each group.The intervention group was given bronchial arterial embolism and the control group was given basic therapy.The quality of life score,clinical treatment effect,the incidence of complications and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence and recurrence rate of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional treatment of massive hemoptysis,the clinical effect of bronchial arterial embolism is more obvious,which is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients,and is worthy of active promotion.
