缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病的效果分析

Efficacy Analysis of Valsartan Combined with Amlodipine in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Essential Hypertension and Diabetes

目的:研究缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者的效果。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年11月北京市通州区次渠卫生院收治的240例老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,以奇偶分组法分为观察组与对照组,各120例。两组患者均服用二甲双胍,对照组给予氨氯地平片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予缬沙坦。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者联合应用缬沙坦与氨氯地平治疗,降压效果较好,可维持血糖稳定,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension complicated with diabetes.Methods:A total of 240 elderly patients with essential hypertension complicated with diabetes treated in Tongzhou District Ciqu Health Center of Beijing from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to odd and even grouping method,with 120 cases in each group.Both groups of patients took metformin,the control group was treated with amlodipine tablet,and the observation group was treated with valsartan on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension and diabetes has a better antihypertensive effect,stable blood glucose and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
