介入治疗对脑血管病患者的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Interventional Therapy in Cerebrovascular Disease Patients

目的:观察介入治疗对脑血管病患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2022年2月湖南省人民医院收治的100例脑血管病患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为参照组和研究组。参照组进行常规药物治疗,研究组进行介入治疗。比较两组治疗前后神经功能状况、血液流速,总有效率及并发症发生率。结果:治疗前,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组NIHSS评分、收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为神经内科脑血管病患者开展介入治疗的效果较好,能保护患者神经功能,恢复脑部正常血液流通,降低并发症发生率,值得应用。

Objective:To observe the application effect of interventional therapy in patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:One hundred patients with cerebrovascular diseases admitted to Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into reference group and study group according to the treatment method.The reference group received conventional drug treatment and the study group received interventional therapy.Neurological function status,blood flow rate,total effective rate and complication incidence in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,peak systolic flow rate and end-diastolic flow rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score,peak systolic flow rate and end-diastolic flow rate in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The interventional therapy applied in the cerebrovascular disease patients in neurology department has better effects.It can protect neurological function of patients,restore the normal blood flow circulation in the brain,and reduce the complication rate,which is worthy of application.
