腕踝针对椎体后凸成形术辅助镇痛的效果研究

Study of Auxiliary Analgesic Effect of Wrist and Ankle Needle in Vertebral Kyphoplasty

目的:探讨对椎体后凸成形术患者开展腕踝针辅助镇痛的效果。方法:选取2021年7月-2022年3月惠州市中医医院收治60例椎体后凸成形术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予局部麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上联合腕踝针。比较两组疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、镇痛总有效率、对治疗方式的认同度、下腰痛评分(JOA)及腰痛功能障碍指数量表(ODI)评分。结果:术中,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术中,观察组HR、MAP水平低于对照组,SpO_(2)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组镇痛总有效率、对治疗方式的认同度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组JOA、ODI评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组JOA评分高于对照组,ODI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:椎体后凸成形术开展腕踝针辅助镇痛的效果显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛感,提高治疗效果,缓解患者不良情绪,操作简单、便捷,不良反应少,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the auxiliary analgesic effect of wrist and ankle needle in patients with vertebral kyphoplasty.Methods:From July 2021 to March 2022,60 patients with vertebral kyphoplasty who were admitted to Huizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given local anesthesia,and the observation group was given wrist and ankle needle on the basis of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),total response rate of analgesia,recogntion of treatment methods,low back pain score(Japanese Orthopedic Association,JOA)and low back pain dysfunction index(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)score between two groups were compared.Results:During the surgery,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the surgery,the levels of HR and MAP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of SpO_(2) were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total response rate of analgesia and recognition level of treatment methods in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the surgery,there were no significant differences in JOA and ODI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the surgery,the JOA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the ODI score was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The wrist and ankle needle has significant auxiliary analgesic effect in vertebral kyphoplasty,it can effectively alleviate the patient's pain,improve the treatment effect,reduce their adverse mood,with simple and convenient operations,and few adverse reactions,so it has high application value.
