PDCA循环管理在发热门诊护理管理中的应用效果研究

Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Management in Nursing Management of Fever Clinic

目的:研究PDCA循环管理在发热门诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月-2022年6月珠海市中西医结合医院发热门诊收治的800例患者为研究对象,按收治时间分为观察组和对照组,各400例。观察组开展PDCA循环管理模式,对照组实施发热门诊常规管理措施。对比两组护理前后对发热知识的了解率、治疗依从性、护理满意度及护理质量。结果:护理前,两组对发热知识的了解率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组对发热知识的了解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护人员疾病监测、病历书写、专业能力、操作评分及健康知识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在发热门诊护理管理工作中应用PDCA循环管理模式,能提高患者对疾病的认识度及配合度,提高医护人员的护理质量,在医院管理工作中取得显著成效,值得推广。

Objective:To study the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the nursing management of fever clinics.Methods:From June 2021 to June 2022,800 patients admitted to the Fever Clinic of Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission,with 400 cases in each group.The observation group implemented the PDCA cycle management mode,and the control group implemented routine management measures in fever clinics.The awareness rate of fever knowledge before and after nursing,treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the awareness rate of fever knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the awareness rate of fever knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing work in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical staff's disease surveillance,medical record writing,professional ability,operation score and health knowledge score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing management of fever clinic,the application of PDCA cycle management mode can strengthen the patients'understanding of the disease and their cooperation,improve nursing quality of medical staff,and achieve significant effect in the management of the hospital,so it deserves the promotion.
