基于精准健康理念的全程肺康复模式在肺癌根治术患者中的应用价值研究

Application Value of Whole-Course Pulmonary Rehabilitation Model Based on Precise Health Concept in Patients Undergoing Radical Resection of Lung Cancer

目的:探讨为肺癌根治术患者采用基于精准健康理念的全程肺康复模式的临床价值。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年1月南华大学附属第一医院收治的90例肺癌患者为研究对象,依据干预方法的不同分为对照组和干预组,各45例。对照组实施常规干预,干预组从入院直至出院后4周实施基于精准健康理念的全程肺康复模式。比较两组术后并发症发生情况,干预前后抑郁、焦虑评分及生活质量评分。结果:研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组社会、躯体、角色及认知功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肺癌根治术患者实施基于精准健康理念的全程肺康复模式,可降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者不良心理状况,提高生活质量,值得临床应用并予以推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of whole-course pulmonary rehabilitation model based on precise health concept for patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer.Methods:A total of 90 lung cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from March 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the intervention group received the whole-course pulmonary rehabilitation model based on the concept of precise health from admission to 4 weeks after discharge.The incidence of postoperative complications,scores of depression,anxiety and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in depression and anxiety scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of depression and anxiety in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of social,physical,role and cognitive function in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-course pulmonary rehabilitation model based on the concept of precise health for patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,ameliorate the adverse psychological status of patients,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
