摘要
目的:调查新毕业护士工作准备度水平,分析其影响因素。方法:采用方便抽样法于2020年9-11月选取就职于武汉市5家三级甲等医院的124名新入职护士作为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料问卷与毕业护士工作准备度量表(WRS-GN)调查新毕业护士工作准备度情况,分析其影响因素。结果:护士工作准备度平均总分(241.40±49.23)分,其中组织敏锐度得分最高、个人工作特质得分最低,主要影响因素为学历、担任学生干部、有兼职经历、曾获奖学金、高考填报志愿、择业目的。结论:新毕业护士工作准备度总体状况处于中上水平,受学历、担任学生干部、有兼职经历、曾获奖学金、高考填报志愿、择业目的影响。建议学校和医院管理者加强院校合作,向新毕业护士提供更多提升综合能力的机会,并建立激励机制。
Objective:To investigate the work readiness level of newly graduated nurses and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 124 newly employed nurses from 5 Grade-A tertiary hospitals in Wuhan from September 2020 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects by convenient sampling method.The self-designed general information questionnaire and the work readiness scale for graduate nurses(WRS-GN)were used to investigate the work readiness of newly graduated nurses and analyze their influencing factors.Results:The total score of nurses'work readiness was(241.40±49.23)points.The score of organizational sensitivity was the highest,and the score of personal work traits was the lowest.The main influencing factors were educational background,student cadre,part-time experience,previously winning scholarships,filling out college application,and objective of job selection.Conclusion:The overall work readiness of newly graduated nurses is at the upper middle level,and is affected by factors such as educational background,student cadre,part-time experience,previously winning scholarships,filling out college application,and objective of job selection.It is recommended that college and hospital administrators strengthen institutional cooperation,provide more opportunities for newly graduated nurses to improve their comprehensive capabilities,and establish incentive mechanisms.
