光动力疗法联合甘氨酸龈下喷砂在改善Ⅱ度根分叉病变患者牙周微环境中的作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察利用光动力疗法联合甘氨酸喷砂及基础的牙周治疗对Ⅱ度根分叉病变患者牙周微环境的变化,分析临床疗效。方法选取2020年6月~2021年6月新疆医科大学第七附属医院口腔科门诊就诊的Ⅱ度根分叉病变患者60例。采用自身对照研究,一侧进行光动力疗法+龈下刮治与根面平整(SRP)+甘氨酸喷砂粉龈下喷砂(试验组),另一侧采用SRP+甘氨酸喷砂粉龈下喷砂(对照组),观察两组的探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)、出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)情况以及白介素-6(IL-6)水平变化。结果治疗前两组PD、CAL、BI、PLI、IL-6水平对比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组PD、CAL、BI、PLI及IL-6水平均降低。治疗后2、4、6周试验组PD、BI及PLI低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后4、6周试验组CAL低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6周试验组IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论光动力疗法联合甘氨酸龈下喷砂有助于改善Ⅱ度根分叉病变患者的牙周微环境。 Objective To observe the changes of periodontal microenvironment in patients with degreeⅡroot bifurcation disease after photodynamic therapy combined with glycine blasting and basic periodontal treatment,and to analyze the clinical effect.Methods Taking June 2020 to June 2021 as the sample selection time,60 patients with degreeⅡroot bifurcation disease were selected from the outpatient department of Stomatology of the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.The self-control study was adopted,one side was randomly designed as the experimental group.Photodynamic therapy+SRP+glycine sand blasting powder subgingival sand blasting was performed,the other side was the control group.SRP+glycine sand blasting powder subgingival sand blasting was used to observe the depth of detection(PD),clinical attachment loss(CAL),bleeding index(BI),plaque index(PLI)and the level of interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of PD,CAL,BI,PLI and IL-6 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PD,CAL,BI,PLI and IL-6 decreased.At 2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment,the levels of PD,BI and PLI in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 4 and 6 weeks after treatment,the level of CAL of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of IL-6 in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at 6 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Photodynamic therapy combined with glycine subgingival sandblasting is helpful to improve the periodontal microenvironment in patients with degreeⅡroot bifurcation disease.
