响应面法优化蛇床子素与苦参碱复配对黄芪蚜虫 的防治效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于化学农药的不合理使用,使得害虫抗药性不断增加、农药残留超标,寻找高效、对环境低毒、低残留的杀虫剂显得尤为重要。研究以黄芪蚜虫为供试对象,通过单因素和响应面实验,确定了蛇床子素、苦参碱与吐温80复配的最佳配比。发现蛇床子素、苦参碱、吐温80含量分别为1.5%、2.1%、10%时对黄芪蚜虫的室内防治效果最好,杀虫率为98.89%。田间药效试验结果显示蛇床子素+苦参碱1000倍液药剂处理组校正防效最好,为95.88%,防效高于商品药剂吡虫林,并表现出稳定的持效性。研究结果为中药材上病虫害的防治及生物源农药的进一步发展提供了参考。 Due to the unreasonable use of chemical pesticides,the pest resistance is increasing,and the pesticide residues have exceeded the standard.It is particularly important to find high-efficiency,low-toxicity,and low-residue pesticides.In this study,the Aphis craccivora was used as the object,and the optimal ratio of osthole,matrine and Tween 80 was determined through single factor and response surface experiments.It was found that the content of osthole,matrine and Tween 80 were 1.5%,2.1%and 10%,respectively,the laboratory bioactivity on Aphis craccivora was the best,and the insecticidal rate was 98.89%.The results of the field efficacy test showed that the osthole+matrine 1000 times liquid drug treatment group had the best corrected control effect,which was 95.88%,and the control effect was higher than that of the commercial drug imidacloprid,the results showed a stable and persistent effect.This study provides a reference for the further development of biological pesticides.
