摘要
探索花岗岩和石灰岩石粉对C60高强机制砂混凝土碳化后的性能影响。实验结果表明:石粉含量的增加,会导致C60机制砂混凝土的碳化深度出现先下降再上升的趋势,其中石粉含量为10%时具有较好的抗碳化能力;碳化28 d后,两种机制砂混凝土抗压强度有所提高,其中在石粉含量为5%~15%范围内,混凝土的抗压强度增幅到达顶峰;碳化3 d提高花岗岩机制砂混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度,继续碳化降低劈裂抗拉强度;石灰岩机制砂混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度则随着碳化时间的增大而降低。
This study explored the effect of granite and limestone powder on the properties of C60 high-strength manufactured sand concrete after carbonation. The experimental results show that the carbonation depth of manufactured sand concrete decreases first and then increases with the increase of fine particle content. When the content of stone powder is 10%, it results in good carbonation resistance. After 28 days of carbonation, the compressive strength of the manufactured sand concrete increases slightly, and the compressive strength of concrete increases greatly when the content of stone powder is 5 %-15 %. Carbonation for 3 days improves the splitting tensile strength of granite manufactured sand concrete, but further carbonation reduces the splitting tensile strength. The splitting tensile strength of limestone concrete decreases with the increase of carbonation time.
