红花籽油和牡丹籽油对鲤生长性能及脂肪酸组成的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Safflower Seed Oil and Peony Seed Oil on Growth Performance and Fatty Acid Composition of Cyprinus Carpio

摘要 为了探讨红花籽油和牡丹籽油对鲤生长性能和肝胰脏脂肪酸等成分的影响,本试验制作了7种不同脂肪源的饲料,分别是豆油组(D1)、豆油与红花籽油1:1组(D2)、红花籽油组(D3)、豆油与牡丹籽油1:1组(D4)、牡丹籽油组(D5)、红花籽油与牡丹籽油1:1组(D6)、豆油与红花籽油及牡丹籽油2:1:1组(D7)。饲喂鲤42 d后测定其生长性能,血清甘油三酯(TG)含量及肝胰脏脂肪酸成分的变化。结果显示,与D1组相比,D3组和D4组能显著提高鲤的增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)(P <0.05);D2组、 D5组、 D6组和D7组的血清中TG含量显著下调(P <0.05);与D1相比,其余各组的肌肉组织中粗脂肪含量均显著减少(P <0.05);D4组、 D5组和D6组的肝胰脏中α-亚麻酸(C18:3n-3)和二十二碳六烯酸(C22:6n-3)比例显著升高(P <0.05)。结果表明,红花籽油及牡丹籽油对鲤生长性能的影响因其比例而异,适宜比例的红花籽油和牡丹籽油可以降低鲤的血清TG含量,改善其肝胰脏脂肪酸组成。研究结果为进一步开发红花籽油及牡丹籽油在水产动物饲料中的应用提供了一定的理论依据。 To investigate the effects of safflower seed oil and peony seed oil on the growth performance and fatty acid composition of hepatopancreas of common carp, seven diets with different fat sources were prepared,namely soybean oil group(D1), Soybean oil and safflower seed oil 1:1 group(D2), safflower seed oil group(D3),soybean oil and peony seed oil 1:1 group(D4), peony seed oil group(D5), safflower seed oil and peony Seed oil 1:1 group(D6), soybean oil and safflower oil and peony seed oil 2:1:1 group(D7). The growth performance, serum triglycerides(TG)content and fatty acid composition of the common carp were measured after 42 days of feeding experiment. The results showed that the D3 and D4 groups significantly promoted weight gain rate(WGR) and specific growth rate(SGR)of common carp compared with that of D1 group(P < 0.05);the serum TG content of the D2, D5, D6 and D7 groups was significantly lower than that of the D1 group(P < 0.05);the fat content in muscle tissue was significantly reduced in the rest of groups compared with that of D1 group(P < 0.05);The proportions of alpha-linolenic acid(C:18:3n-3)and docosahexaenoic acid(C22:6n-3)in hepatopancreas of D4, D5 and D6 groups were significantly increased(P < 0.05). Overall, the effects of peony seed oil and safflower seed oil on the growth performance of common carp varied with their proportions and appropriate proportion of them could improve the fatty acid composition of hepatopancreas of fish. All of these results provided some theoretical basis for further development of peony seed oil and safflower seed oil in aquatic animal feeds.
