基于实训课程改革的创新创业教育研究

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Based on Reform of Practical Courses

创新是社会发展的动力,是衡量人才的标准之一。而高校是人才培养的主要基地,特别是对于应用技术大学而言,若要增强学校的核心竞争力,提高毕业生的创业就业能力,就必须进行创新创业教育。其中通过实训课程对学生创新创业能力的培养是一个有效的途径。本论文提出对实训课程进行改革,对学生进行分阶段、分层次的创新创业能力的培养,分阶段进行不同形式的培养,分层次使能力逐步提高,同时增大创新性实验的比重,加强企业所扮演的校色,提升教师“双师型”能力,可以起到很好的效果。

Innovation is the driving force of social development and is one of the criteria for measuring ability.Colleges and universities are the main bases for personnel training.Especially for the universities of applied technology,if we want to strengthen the core competitiveness of schools and improve the entrepreneurial and employability of graduates,we must carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education.Among them,the training of students through innovative training courses is an effective way to foster students'innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.This paper proposes to reform the training courses and develop students'innovative and entrepreneurial ability in different stages and levels,training in different forms at different stages,improve the ability gradually in different levels,meanwhile,increasing the proportion of innovative experiments,strengthening the roles played by enterprises,and enhancing teachers'capabilities of double qualified,this can have a good effect.
