摘要
通过改变内给电子体、最高反应温度、钛洗和老化等因素合成了一系列Ziegler-Natta催化剂,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、X射线能谱仪、扫描电子显微镜和激光粒径分布仪对比分析了催化剂的元素含量、元素分布、形貌和粒径分布。结果表明:加入适量内给电子体,最高反应温度为110℃,老化2 h,不需钛洗的Gz-1#催化剂综合性能最好,有利于聚乙烯平稳高效的生产。
A series of Ziegler-Natta catalysts were synthesized by changing factors such as internal electron donor,maximum reaction temperature,titanium washing and aging,whose element content,element distribution,morphology and particle size distribution were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer,X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer,scanning electron microscope and laser particle size distribution analyzer.The results show that Gz-1#catalyst with an appropriate amount of internal electron donors after aging for 2 h,whose maximum reaction temperature is 110℃,and without titanium washing has the best comprehensive performance,which is beneficial to stable and efficient production of polyethylene.
