中国共产党的文化建设思想伴随革命、建设和改革开放的伟大实践而不断发展,历经“文化翻身”“文化改造”“文化反思”到“文化自信”的不断跃升。这些跃升,深刻反映了不断进步的社会存在对社会意识的持续影响,深刻反映了发展变化着的社会实践对文化建设提出的新要求,使中国共产党的文化建设思想既有形式的变化,也有内涵的变化。但这些与时俱进的发展变化并没有背离中国共产党文化建设的核心思想,在形式和内容的变化中,始终坚守着一些不变的原则:以马克思主义为指导的根本方向没有变,以中国共产党为领导的根本保障没有变,以“人民为中心”的根本宗旨没有变,以实事求是为原则的根本方法没有变。

The cultural construction thought of the Chinese Communist Party continues to develop with the great practices of revolution, construction, reform and openness, and has experienced a continuous leap from cultural transformation, cultural reflection to cultural self-confidence. These leaps profoundly reflect the continuous influence of the ever-increasing social existence on social consciousness, and profoundly reflect the new requirements of cultural construction put forward by the changing social practice, and make the cultural construction thought of the Chinese Communist Party have both formal changes and connotations changes. However, the development and changes that keep pace with the times have not deviated from the core ideology of the Chinese Communist Party’s cultural construction. Regarding the changes in form and content, they have always adhered to some unchanging principles: the fundamental direction guided by Marxism has not changed. These remain unchanged are the fundamental guarantee for the leadership of the Communist Party, the fundamental purpose of being people-centered,and the fundamental method of seeking truth from facts.
