摘要
利用钙长石、石英和玻璃相对光折射率相似的特点,最大限度地减少光的散射和吸收,实现陶瓷砖的透光性能,透光率达到5.87%。不使用硅酸锆增白剂,通过引入高效坯体增强剂,降低含高着色成分的黏土用量,实现陶瓷产品高白度72.2度,且极低的放射性:内照指数小于0.1,外照指数不高于0.3,实现了陶瓷砖低成本的无锆增白。
Utilizing the similar characteristics of the relative light refractive index of anorthite,quartz and glass,the scattering and absorption of light are minimized,and the light transmission performance of ceramic tiles is realized,and the light transmission rate reaches 5.87%.Without using zirconium silicate whitening agent,by introducing high-efficiency green body strengthening agent,the amount of clay containing high coloring components is reduced,and the high whiteness of ceramic products is achieved 72.2 degrees,and the radioactivity is extremely low:the internal light index is less than 0.1,and the external light index is not higher than 0.3,which realizes low-cost zirconium-free whitening of ceramic tiles.
