摘要
由于氘代分子在各类科学研究中有着旺盛的需求,因此开发新的策略以合成各类氘代分子受到了广泛地关注。本论文以β,γ-不饱和α-酮酸甲酯为原料,在温和的条件下仅一步反应就能够以高达84%的收率和98%的氘代率高效制备氘代肉桂醛。此方法避免了昂贵氘代试剂及催化剂的使用,具有很高的原子经济性和潜在的应用价值。
Because of the high demand for d-labelled molecules in the scientific research fields,many efforts have been devoted to developing a new method for the synthesis of d-labelled molecules.In this paper,we developed a new method that deuterated cinnamaldehyde can be efficiently prepared usingβ,γ-unsaturatedα-methyl ketoate with only one step under mild conditions,avoid the use of expensive deuterated reagents and catalysts,with high atom economy and potential application in industrial production.
