秸秆粉/高密度聚乙烯可降解复合材料的制备和性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过将纳米生态降解催化剂母料添加到秸秆粉/高密度聚乙烯复合体系中,制备新型可降解木塑复合材料,并从力学性能、热降解性能、微观形貌、分子量和组成变化等方面对其热氧化降解性能进行了研究。结果表明:添加纳米生态降解催化剂母料的秸秆粉/高密度聚乙烯复合材料表现出良好的降解性能;且采用花生秸秆制备的秸秆粉/高密度聚乙烯复合材料的降解速率优于小麦秸秆粉制备的复合材料。 A kind of new degradable wood plastic composite was prepared by adding nano ecological degradation catalyst masterbatch(EBP-PE)to straw powder/high density polyethylene(HDPE)composite system,and its thermal oxidative degradation properties were studied from the aspects of mechanical properties,thermal degradation,morphology,molecular weight and composition changes.The results show that the straw powder/HDPE composites with EBP-PE have better degradation performance than the control ones.The degradation rate of straw powder/HDPE composites prepared by peanut straw powder is higher than those prepared by wheat straw powder.
