摘要
研究了氧化钙(CaO)和三聚磷酸二氢铝(ADTP)复合颜料对低碳钢的缓蚀作用。ADTP与CaO的二元复合颜料在60∶40~30∶70的质量比范围内,其上清液具有较好的缓蚀性能,分析认为是生成了多种磷酸盐,同时过量CaO提供的碱性环境对吸氧腐蚀的抑制作用。
Aluminum dihydric tripolyphosphate(ADTP)was modified by calcium oxide(CaO).The results showed that the supernatant aqueous solution had the superior corrosion inhibition in the weight-ratio range of ADTP/CaO 60∶40 to 30∶70.This was attributed to the chemical corrosion resistance of a variety of resulting phosphates and the inhibition of oxygen uptake corrosion by the alkaline environment provided by excessive CaO.
