Research Progress on Chemical Components Analysis of Volatile Oil from Bergamot

佛手挥发油因具有多种药理功效和生物活性而备受关注,但因其产地来源,提取方法等的不同导致挥发油成分呈现差异。综述了不同产地来源、不同提取方法所得佛手挥发油中化学组成分析的研究进展,着重讨论了佛手产地、品系等植物本身及不同提取工艺等因素所致的佛手挥发油中化学成分的差异,希望可为佛手产品资源的深加工提供参考。

Bergamot volatile oil has attracted much attention because of its various pharmacological effects and biological activities,but its components are different due to its origin and extraction methods.This paper summarizes the research progress of chemical composition analysis in Bergamot volatile oil obtained from different origin and different extraction methods,and focuses on the differences of chemical composition in Bergamot volatile oil caused by plants such as origin and strain of bergamot and different extraction processes,hoping to provide reference for the development and deeper research of bergamot product resources.
