乙草胺在水环境中的检测与去除的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究通过固相前处理辅以超高效液相色谱(UPLC)-三重四极杆质谱仪(MS/MS)测定建立了一种新型的水环境中痕量乙草胺的浓度检测方法。对比不同pH超高交联吸附树脂GC-15和复合功能吸附树脂GC-8对乙草胺的吸附性能,结果表明,超高交联吸附树脂GC-15对乙草胺的吸附效果优于复合功能吸附树脂GC-8。在乙草胺初始浓度为100μg/L,10 BV水样,吸附时间为120 min,pH值为2时,超高交联吸附树脂GC-15对乙草胺的吸附效果最好,去除率达99.37%。 A solid-phase acetochlor pretreatment method was established,and ultra-high performance ultra-liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was used to detect trace amounts of acetochlor in water.Comparing the adsorption performance of acetochlor with different pH ultra-high cross-linked adsorption resin GC-15 and composite functional adsorption resin GC-8,the results show that the adsorption effect of ultra-high cross-linked adsorption resin GC-15 on acetochlor is better than composite functional adsorption resin GC-15 Adsorption resin GC-8.When the initial concentration of acetochlor is 100μg/L,10 BV water sample,the adsorption time is 2 h,and the pH value is 2,the ultra-high cross-linked adsorption resin GC-15 has the best adsorption effect on acetochlor,and the removal rate of acetochlor can reach 99.37%.
