摘要
对过热蒸汽作携湿气的蒸汽回转干燥机中加热蒸汽、过热蒸汽和物料三种介质的换热过程进行了研究,并分析了顺逆流操作时干燥机内各介质的温度变化规律。以顺流操作为例,研究得出了预热阶段过热蒸汽净换热量和冷凝量的计算方法,并指出,过热蒸汽作携湿气的蒸汽回转干燥不宜采用逆流操作。
The heat transfer process between heating steam,superheated stream and drying material in steam heating rotary dryer with superheated steam as the water carrier was studied and the variation laws of temperature of the three material in the dryer when co-current operation and counter-current operation was analyzed.In this paper a method to calculate net heat and condensate volume of superheated steam in pre-heating period was presented.Counter-current operations does not recommend in steam heating rotary dryer with superheated steam as the water carrier.
