不同位置双重障碍物对封闭管道内甲烷气体爆炸的影响研究

摘要 随着煤炭行业的不断发展,煤炭行业安全问题也是备受关注。本文主要研究了当障碍物阻塞率分别为35%,55%,75%时,不同位置双重障碍物对封闭管道内火焰传播速度和峰值超压的影响规律。实验结果表明,双重障碍物位置距点火源越近,管道内最大峰值超压和最大火焰前沿传播速度越大;障碍物阻塞率越高,对爆炸传播的激励作用越明显;阻塞率为75%,双重障碍物设置在前端时,管道内发生爆轰。 With the continuous development of the coal industry,the safety of the coal industry has also attracted much attention.This paper mainly studies the influence of double obstacles in different positions on the flame propagation velocity and peak overpressure in closed pipelines when the obstacle blocking rates are 35%,55%and 75%,respectively.The experimental results show that the closer the position of the double obstacle is to the ignition source,the greater the maximum peak overpressure and the maximum flame front propagation velocity in the pipeline;the higher the blocking rate of the obstacle,the more obvious the excitation effect on the explosion propagation;the blocking rate is 75%,when the double obstacle is set at the front end,the detonation occurs in the pipeline.
