磁共振成像在面肌痉挛中的研究进展

摘要 原发性面肌痉挛(hemifacial spasm,HFS)是一种常见的功能性神经外科疾病,其主要病因为血管压迫面神经脑干段(root exit zone,REZ)。因此,评估神经血管形态学关系至关重要。磁共振成像(MRI)提示HFS患者中枢系统结构和功能存在异常。本文主要从高分辨率MRI及图像后处理技术、基于体素的形态学测量(VBM)、静息态功能MRI(rs-fMRI)、弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)四方面对MRI在HFS中的研究进展进行综述。 Primary hemifacial spasm(HFS)is a common functional neurosurgical disorder characterized by unilateral paroxysmal.Root exit zone(REZ)is under neurovascular compression blood,which is the main cause,so it is crucial to evaluate the neurovascular relationship.Furthermore,MRI suggests that HFS patients have structural and functional abnormalities in central nervous system.The latest progresses in the field of high resolution magnetic resonance imaging(HR-MRI)and postprocessing techniques,the voxel-based morphometry(VBM),resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)were reviewed in this article.
