复杂地形条件下多目标应急救援辅助决策系统的设计

Design of emergency rescue assisted decision-making system for multi objective under complex terrain conditions

目的:设计复杂地形条件下多目标应急救援辅助决策系统,为战场救援提供辅助决策。方法:该系统基于浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构设计,包括基础设施层、数据支持层、应用服务层和前端交互层4个部分。系统设计时以30 m数字高程模型数据为基础,采用Cesium搭建逼真的外部战场环境,基于ArcGIS系列产品和Dijkstra算法实现多目标救援最短路径的规划。结果:该系统能够在复杂地形、道路缺失的情况下,根据伤员实时位置快速计算出出发点到目标点的最短路径,并实现三维可视化。结论:该系统能够解决救援点到多个目标点的路径规划问题,为开展战场救援提供了技术参考。

Objective To design a multi objective emergency rescue assisted decision-making system under complex terrain conditions to facilitate battlefield rescue.Methods An emergency rescue assisted decision-making system for multi objective under complex terrain conditions with B/S architecture was developed consisted of four layers for infrastructure,data support,application service and front-end interaction,which was designed based on 30 m digital elevation model data using Cesium to build a realistic external battlefield environment and ArcGIS series products and Dijkstra algorithm to achieve the shortest path planning for multi-objective rescue.Results The system developed was able to calculate the shortest path from the starting point to the target point quickly and realize path 3D visualization based on the real-time location of the casualty in case of complex terrain and missing roads.Conclusion The system developed can be used for path planning from rescue points to multiple target points,which provides technical support for battlefield rescue.
