基于高压染色技术的装饰单板染色工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 染色装饰单板在木制品加工领域应用广泛,为提高装饰单板染色效率和染色均匀性,将高压染色工艺应用于装饰单板染色过程。结果表明:在液压压力1.5 MPa、染液温度95℃条件下,对于0.45、1.2 mm和1.8 mm厚的3个树种装饰单板,可分别在不漂白处理、加压4 h,半漂白处理、加压6 h,全漂白处理、加压11~12 h条件下均匀染色,染色效率较常压染色提升2~3倍。而对不同树种、不同厚度的装饰单板采用相同的染色工艺处理后,其色度存在一定差异,这主要与木材的渗透性有关。高压染色工艺可提高装饰单板染色效率,降低生产成本,提升染色装饰单板的出材率,在染色装饰单板的工业化生产中具有良好的推广应用前景。 Dyed decorative veneer is widely used in wood products manufacturing.In order to improve the dyeing efficiency and color uniformity of decorative veneer,high-pressure dyeing was applied to the dyeing of decorative veneer in present study.Experimental results showed that under the conditions of hydraulic pressure of 1.5 MPa and dyeing temperature of 95℃,the decorative veneers of three species with thickness of 0.45,1.2 mm,and 1.8 mm can be dyed uniformly under the conditions of non-bleaching treatment with pressurization for 4 h,semi-bleaching treatment with pressurization for 6 h,and full-bleaching treatment with pressurization for 11~12 h,respectively.The dyeing efficiency was 2~3 times higher than that of atmospheric pressure dyeing.However,there were some differences in chromaticity of the decorative veneers between different tree species and thickness after treated with the same dyeing process.It is mainly related to the difference of wood liquid permeability.High pressure dyeing can improve the dyeing efficiency and reduce the cost of dyed decorative veneer.It exhibited a good prospect of application in the industrial production of dyed decorative veneer.
