拆装类家具连接结构的设计与应用研究

Design and Application of Connecting Structure of Disassembly Furniture

为了更好地应对扁平化包装运输的快速发展、搬家率的提升及达到提高效率的目的,对拆装式家具的研究越来越受到关注。基于电商的大规模发展和家具企业线上线下的双轨销售模式,拆装式家具比整体家具更适合目前的社会情况。拆装式家具具有运输方便、减少成本、组装简单、提升效率等优势,越来越受到企业与消费者的青睐。总结了拆装式家具的种类及连接方式,并对其连接特点进行分析,将新型可拆装式连接件与传统三合一连接件混合应用于家具设计中,从而达到解决家具安装效率低、安装成本高、顾客无法自行安装等问题。

In order to better cope with the rapid development of flat packaging and transportation,the improvement of moving rate and achieve the purpose of improving efficiency,more and more attention has been paid to the research of disassembly furniture.Based on the large-scale development of e-commerce and the twotrack sales mode of online and offline furniture enterprises,disassembly furniture is more suitable for the current social situation than the whole furniture.Disassembly furniture has the advantages of convenient transportation,reducing costs,simple assembly and improving efficiency,which is favored by enterprises and consumers more and more.In this paper,the types and connection mode of disassembly furniture were summarized,and its connection characteristics were analyzed,and the new disassembly connector and the traditional three-in-one connector to the furniture design were applied,so as to solve the problems of low installation efficiency,high installation cost,and customers can not install by themselves.
