融入课程思政理念的MCAT教学模式在基础护理学课程中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨融入课程思政理念的MCAT教学模式在基础护理学课程中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年1月浙江工业职业技术学院2019级护理专业2个班级的学生为研究对象。其中1个班级52名学生为试验组,另1个班级53名学生为对照组。对照组实施常规课程思政教学,试验组在对照组的基础上实施融入课程思政理念的MCAT教学模式。比较两组实施前后课程思政知、信、行情况,人文关怀能力、职业认同感和评判性思维能力得分。结果实施后,试验组知识知晓率、信念正确率和行为形成率较实施前均升高,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后试验组人文关怀能力各维度得分及总分较实施前均升高,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后试验组职业认同感、评判性思维得分较实施前均升高,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论融入课程思政理念的MCAT教学模式有助于提升基础护理学的教学质量,培养学生专业素养。 Objective To explore the application effect of MCAT teaching mode integrating curriculum ideological and political ideas in basic nursing courses.Methods From March 2020 to January 2021,two classes of students majoring in nursing in Zhejiang Industry Polytechnic College were selected as the research objects.There were 52 students in one class as experimental group,and 53 students in the other class as control group.The control group carried out conventional course ideological and political teaching,and the experimental group carried out MCAT teaching mode integrating curriculum ideological and political concept on the basis of the control group.The scores of students’ideological and political knowledge,faith and behavior,humanistic care ability,professional identity,and critical thinking ability were compared between the two groups before and after implementation.Results After the implementation,the knowledge awareness rate,belief accuracy rate and behavior formation rate of the experimental group were higher than those before the implementation,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the scores of each dimension and total score of humanistic care ability in the experimental group were higher than those before the implementation,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the scores of professional identity and critical thinking in the experimental group were higher than those before the implementation,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The MCAT teaching mode integrated with the ideological and political concept of the curriculum is helpful to improve the teaching quality of basic nursing and cultivate students’professional quality.
