摘要
高职教育的跨界属性决定了高职教育的党建品牌建设要以培养高素质技术技能人才为落脚点。目前,高职院校的党建品牌建设存在整体性不强、目标定位不清、层次结构不明和对外开放不足等问题。在系统论视角下,高职院校党建品牌建设应强化顶层设计,形成品牌战略规划;构建内部层次,打造校、院、支部品牌体系;适度加大开放,保持品牌发展活力;讲好党建故事,为党建品牌增值赋能。
The cross-border nature of higher vocational education determines that the Party building brand construction of higher vocational education should take the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents as the foothold.At present,the brand building of Party building in vocational colleges is confronted with the problems such as weak integrity,unclear target positioning,unclear hierarchy and insufficient opening to the outside world.From the perspective of system theory,the construction of Party building brand in vocational colleges should strengthen the top-level design and form brand strategic planning,build an internal level and build a brand system of schools,institutes and branches,appropriately increase openness to maintain the vitality of brand development,tell the story of party building well and empower the value-added of the Party building brand.
