摘要
随着课程思政理念的提出,高校构建全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的格局逐渐形成。高校辅导员和专业课教师作为高校培养高素质人才的重要力量,在各自的职能范围内整合资源,进行优势互补,能够形成协同育人的合力,进一步落实高校立德树人的根本任务。高校应加强顶层设计,打破高校辅导员和专业课教师的职能边界,进一步完善工作机制,激发协同动力,增强育人实效。
Since the concept of curricular ideological and political education was proposed,the pattern of all-staff education,all-process education and all-round education in universities has gradually taken shape.As an important force in cultivating high-quality talents in universities,college counselors and professional teachers,integrate resources within their respective functions,and complement each other's advantages,which can form a joint force of collaborative education,and further implement the fundamental task of moral education in universities.Universities should strengthen the top-level design,break the functional boundary between college counselors and specialized course teachers,further improve the working mechanism,stimulate the collaborative power,and enhance the actual effect of education.
