随着文化和旅游深度融合,新时代对地方高校文旅人才培养提出了新要求。从分析社会对文旅人才的需求和地方高校文旅人才培养存在的主要问题入手,构建“1+1+N”式文旅人才培养体系,提出多主体协同培养文旅复合型人才建议。

With the deep integration of culture and tourism,the new era has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of cultural and tourism talents in local universities.Starting from the analysis of social demands over cultural tourism talents and the main problems existing in the cultivation of cultural tourism talents in local universities,it is of great practical significance to build a“1+1+N”cultural tourism talent cultivation system collaborative.
