高分七号在第三次国土调查统一时点更新中应用

摘要 以高分七号卫星为影像数据源,根据第三次国土调查统一时点更新业务流程和标准规范,综合运用定性及定量的分析方法,对该卫星影像数据的正射校正精度、影像融合效果和影像信息解译精度等方面进行综合分析,探索其在第三次国土调查统一时点更新中的应用技术流程和方法,并对该数据在第三次国土调查统一时点更新中的应用潜力进行评价。研究表明:高分七号卫星数据的正射校正精度较好,影像融合效果较优,信息解译精度较高,完全可以满足国土调查统一时点更新对高分辨率卫星影像数据需求。 This article uses the GF-7 satellite as the image data source, according to the business process and standard specifications of the unified time point update of the Third National Land Survey. By comprehensively using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, this paper comprehensively analyzes the orthophoto correction accuracy, image fusion effect and image information interpretation accuracy of the satellite image data, explores its application technical process and method in the unified time point update of the Third National Land Survey, and evaluates the application potential of this data in the unified time point update of the Third National Land Survey. Research shows that the accuracy of the ortho rectification of the GF-7 satellite data is better, the image fusion effect is better, and the information interpretation accuracy is higher, which can fully meet the requirements of high-resolution satellite image data for the unified time point update of the Third National Land Survey.
