测量标志数据库及管理系统建设研究

测量标志作为国家测绘基准体系运行载体、国家经济建设的重要支撑、国家安全建设的战略设施,是国家历经数十年、耗资巨大形成的基础设施,其管理和保护工作意义重大。随着计算机技术的发展,数据库技术、GIS技术和MIS技术在测量标志管理中的应用极大地提高了测量标志管理水平和工作效率。本文通过辽宁省测量标志管护项目对目前所使用的数据库及管理系统所存在的问题进行了总结分析,在原有数据库及管理系统的基础上进行了更新升级,提高了测量标志数据更新效率和日常管理水平。

As a carrier of the national surveying and mapping benchmark system, an important support for national economic construction, and a strategic facility for national security construction, the survey mark is an infrastructure that has been formed by the country after decades and cost a lot of money, so its management and protection work is of great significance. With the development of computer technology, the application of database technology, GIS technology and MIS technology in the management of survey signs has greatly improved the management level and efficiency of survey signs. This article summarizes and analyzes the existing problems of the current database and management system through the Liaoning Provincial Survey Mark Management and Protection Project. The original database and management system are updated and upgraded to improves the efficiency of data updating and the level of daily management.
