龙泉驿区土地利用变化及建设用地扩张研究

Study on Land Use Change and Construction Land Expansion in Longquanyi District of Chengdu

为探究成都市龙泉驿区土地利用变化和建设用地扩张趋势,本文以龙泉驿区2017年和2020年的Landsat-8 OLI遥感影像为研究对象,采用随机森林分类法得出两期土地利用分类结果,并以若干自然廊道和人工廊道为分界线,将龙泉驿区分为3个研究区域,引入城市扩张量化因子、扩张模式、重心转移3个指标对各研究区的建成区进行了扩张趋势分析。研究结果表明:龙泉驿区的建设用地和农用地出现了明显扩张,未利用地、林草地面积总量下降,水域面积萎缩;十陵-西河板块的建设用地增长速度最快,呈现出向东偏北方向的飞地式扩张;大面-老城板块增长速度其次,扩张方式多为朝向西偏北方向的填充式扩张;洛带-同安板块建设用地增长最缓慢,主要为向西偏北方向的边缘式扩张。

In order to explore the land use change and construction land expansion trend of Longquanyi District of Chengdu, taking the Landsat OLI remote sensing images of Longquanyi District in 2017 and 2020 as the research objects, the two-phase land use classification results were obtained by using the random forest classification method, and several natural corridors and artificial corridors were used as the dividing lines to divide Longquanyi into three research areas, and the expansion trend of the built-up areas of each research area was analyzed by introducing three indicators of urban expansion quantitative factors, expansion mode and center of gravity shift. The results show that the construction land and agricultural land in Longquanyi District have expanded significantly, the total area of unused land, forest and grassland has decreased, and the water area has shrunk;The construction land of the Shiling-Xihe Plate has the fastest growth rate, showing an enclave-style expansion in the north-east direction, the growth rate of the Damian-Old City Plate is second, the expansion mode is mostly filled expansion towards the north-west direction, and the construction land of the Luodai-Tong′an Plate has the slowest growth, mainly for the marginal expansion in the west by north direction.
