摘要
我国渤海辽东湾海域每年11月至次年3月都会出现不同程度的海水冻结现象,对渤海海冰开展监测是实现海洋防灾减灾的前提和重要环节。本文利用海洋一号C/D卫星遥感技术手段,充分发挥双星组网运行的技术优势,实现对渤海辽东湾海域海冰变化情况的大幅宽、高精度、高时效、高频次观测,实时掌握渤海海域海冰面积及海冰变化发展趋势,在时间上和空间上大大丰富了卫星遥感海冰信息,为海洋监测和预报提供实时、高分辨率的海冰遥感信息,并为海冰灾害预防提供参考。
The sea ice in Liaodong Gulf of Bohai Sea will freeze in varying degrees from November to March every year. The monitoring of sea ice in Bohai Sea is the premise and important link of marine disaster prevention and mitigation. In this paper, we use the Haiyang-1 C/D satellite remote sensing technology, give full play to the technical advantages of the dual satellite network operation, realize the observation of sea ice change in Liaodong Gulf of Bohai Sea with large width, high accuracy, high performance and high frequency, grasp the sea ice area and the development trend of sea ice change in real time, greatly enrich the satellite remote sensing sea ice information in time and space, and provide reference for the ocean monitoring and forecasting with real-time, high-accuracy remote sensing information of sea ice, and provide reliable and effective data reference for sea ice disaster prevention.
