With the construction and development of modern urbanization,urban management has been given to extensive new contents and technologies.It has become a trend to apply GIS technology to community grid management,which effectively improves urban management and service level,and provides convenient and efficient services for residents.This paper introduces the design ideas and application scenarios of GIS technology in community grid management in Haikou city from three aspects of platform construction,data construction and key application,and deeply discusses the technology and application of GIS in community grid management,so as to provide reference for relevant workers.
