摘要 以倾斜摄影测量为代表的实景三维技术近年来发展迅猛,其具有建模效率高、精度高、真三维、全自动等特点,逐渐受到广泛重视。本文通过利用倾斜摄影实景三维数据,基于Cesium开源框架,构建了一套可用于互联网分发的规划辅助决策系统,实现了方案比选、视域分析、控高分析、填挖方分析等多种常用的规划分析功能。证明倾斜摄影数据不仅能作为城市实景底图,在规划辅助决策服务方面也有着重要应用前景。 In recent years, the real 3 D technology represented by oblique photogrammetry has developed rapidly, which has the characteristics of high modeling efficiency, high accuracy, true 3 D, automatic processing and so on. In this paper, based on the Cesium open source framework, a set of planning assistant decision-making system for internet distribution is constructed by using oblique photography real 3 D data, which realizes many common planning analysis functions, such as scheme comparison, horizon analysis, height control analysis, filling and excavation analysis, etc. It is proved that oblique photography data can not only be used as urban real base map, but also has an important application prospect in planning assistant decision-making service.
