杂交钢结构变形监测方法研究——以宁波未来城科普中心为例

摘要 通过布设监测点,本文对宁波未来城科普中心主体钢结构进行变形监测,监测指标包括应力(温度)、挠度、水平位移以及倾斜监测。分析监测数据,结果表明,应力(温度)监测中累积最大值为112.27 MPa;卸载后挠度变化最大值为-31.0 mm;卸载后倾角监测中累积偏移量最大为-5.0 mm,即为0.6‰;卸载后水平位移累积变化量最大为-5.2 mm。各监测项目的变化量均符合设计规范的要求。因此,科普中心主体钢结构稳定。 In this paper,the deformation of the main steel structure of the Future City Science Center in Ningbo is monitored by setting up monitoring points,which includes monitoring points,mainly including stress(temperature),deflection,horizontal displacement and tilt monitoring.Analysis of the monitoring data shows that the cumulative maximum value in the stress(temperature)monitoring is 112.27 MPa,the maximum deflection change after unloading is-31.0 mm,the maximum cumulative offset in the inclination monitoring after unloading is-5.0 mm,which is 0.6‰.The maximum cumulative change of horizontal displacement after unloading is-5.2 mm.The amount of change in each monitoring project is in line with the requirements of the design specifications.Therefore,the main steel structure of the Science Center is stable.
