无人机机载三维激光点云数据在电力线路规划设计中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 首先介绍了利用无人机搭载三维激光雷达获取三维激光点云数据的软硬件设备,详细阐述了利用无人机获取三维激光点云数据的外业具体流程、激光点云数据内业处理关键技术和流程,随后结合具体的线路工程,利用无人机搭载三维激光雷达获取了整条线路的点云数据并进行了内业点云解算,通过GPS和全站仪实测特征点的三维坐标并与点云中对应点的三维坐标比较,统计了三维激光点云数据的平面精度和高程精度。事实证明,三维激光点云数据的精度可满足输电线路规划设计的要求,因此,无人机机载三维激光点云数据在电力规划设计中的应用具有可行性。 In the first, this paper introduces the software and hardware equipment of acquiring 3D laser point cloud data by using UAV equipped with 3D laser scanner, and describes the specific process of acquiring 3D laser point cloud data by using UAV in detail, and the key technology and process of laser point cloud data processing in the room. Then, combined with the specific line engineering, the 3D laser point cloud data of the whole line is acquired by using UAV equipped with 3D laser scanner. By comparing the 3D coordinates of feature points measured by GPS and total station with those corresponding points in the point cloud, the planimetric accuracy and vertical accuracy of 3D laser point cloud data are calculated. It is proved that the accuracy of 3D laser point cloud data can meet the requirements of electric power transmission line planning and design, so the application of UAV airborne 3D laser point cloud data in power planning and design is feasible.
