摘要
针对结腊、结垢、砂堵等原因造成的老井孔眼堵塞或防砂筛管连通性变差、油井产量降低的问题,研究一种机械式井下冲孔技术,可以在不破坏套管或防砂筛管完整性的条件下,通过液压推力,利用两侧的机械冲孔锥对目标位置管柱完成一定尺寸的冲孔开窗,以达到精确开孔、提高渗透率及连通性的目的。机械式井下冲孔技术可以增大流通面积,提高油井连通性,能够为后续化学压裂、油井改造等增产措施创造基础。
A mechanical downhole punching technology has been developed to address the problems of blockage of boreholes in old wells or poor connectivity of sand control screens and reduced oil well production caused by waxing, scaling, and sand plugging. Under the condition that the integrity of casing or sand control screen is not damaged, it can use hydraulic thrust and mechanical punching cones on both sides to complete a certain size of punching and opening to the target position string to achieve precise opening, improve permeability and connectivity. The mechanical downhole punching technology can increase the flow area and improve the connectivity of oil wells, which can create a foundation for subsequent stimulation measures such as chemical fracturing and oil well reconstruction.
