基于Simulink的翻抛装置液压系统控制策略研究

摘要 针对传统翻抛机翻抛装置能量损耗高、响应迟缓等问题,对翻抛装置液压系统进行了优化,并建立了翻抛装置液压系统泵控马达的数学模型,为后续仿真分析提供理论基础。基于Simulink对翻抛装置液压系统及控制器进行建模及仿真分析,以了解系统在不同输入曲线、负载干扰下的动态特性。仿真结果表明:模糊PID控制比PID控制抗负载干扰能力更强,动态响应更快。课题组对翻抛装置液压系统控制策略进行研究,实现了翻抛装置的无级调速,使其更适合翻抛机的工作环境,提高了翻抛机的工作效率,对以后翻抛装置液压系统的设计及性能优化具有指导意义。 Aiming at the problems of high energy loss and slow response of the turning device of the traditional turning machine,the hydraulic system of the turning device was optimized,and the mathematical model of the pump-controlled motor of the hydraulic system of the turning device was established,which provided a theoretical basis for subsequent simulation analysis.The hydraulic system of the turning device is simulated and analyzed based on Simulink to understand the dynamic characteristics of the system under different input curves and load disturbances.The simulation results show that fuzzy PID compared with PID control,the control has stronger anti-load interference ability and faster dynamic response.The research group studied the optimization and control strategy of the hydraulic system of the turning device,realized the stepless speed regulation of the turning device,made it more suitable for the working environment of the turning device,improved the working efficiency of the turning device,and had guiding significance for the design and performance optimization of the hydraulic system of the later turning device.
