摘要
提高喷射混凝土的物理力学性能,对提高水工隧洞的支护效果具有重要意义。通过室内试验的方式,探讨混掺玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯纤维对水工喷射混凝土物理力学性能的影响。结果显示,混掺玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯纤维与单掺纤维相比,具有更为明显的优势,当玄武岩纤维和聚丙烯纤维的体积掺量为1∶1、总掺量为0.4%时,可以获得最佳效果。
Improving the physical and mechanical properties of shotcrete is of great significance to improve the support effect of hydraulic tunnel.By means of laboratory test,this paper discusses the influence of mixed basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber on the physical and mechanical properties of hydraulic shotcrete.The results show that mixing basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber has more obvious advantages than single fiber.When the volume content of basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber is 1∶1 and the total content is 0.4%,the best effect can be obtained.
