摘要
将物联网技术应用于农产品冷链物流系统,可有效解决物流运作过程中的腐损率高、信息不对称、冷链中断和价格波动大等问题,从而实现对生鲜农产品的产地溯源、状态监控、定位跟踪与信息透明化管理。从冷链物流流程视角将农产品物流分为冷链运输、冷链仓储、冷链加工和冷链销售四个运作管理环节,深入分析物联网技术在各环节的应用及产生的实践效果。研究表明,采用物联网技术的农产品冷链物流运营体系将有效提高系统运作效率,减少产品损耗,提升质量安全,保证价格稳定和满足消费者的高品质需求,最终实现农产品冷链物流系统的高质量、可持续发展。
Application of Internet of Things technology into cold chain logistics system of agricultural products will help solve the problems of large losses of agricultural products,cold chain interruption,information asymmetry and large price volatility to realize the management of geographical origin traceability of agricultural products,condition monitoring,locating and tracking and transparency of information.The cold chain logistics of agricultural products is divided into four stages of transportation,warehousing,processing and sales from the perspective of the process of cold chain.This paper analyzes the application of the Internet of Things technology and practical effects in the four logistics functional stages.Studies have shown that application of the Internet of Things technology in the cold chain logistics operation system of agricultural products can improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics system,reduce the loss of agricultural products,which is of great significance for improving the quality and safety of agricultural products,stabilizing the prices of agricultural products,meeting the high-quality demands of customers to realize the the high-quality and sustainable development of cold chain logistics system of agricultural products.
