摘要
聚苯乙烯(PS)是现代塑料工业中的重要材料,具有成型性好、电绝缘性优良、价格低廉等优点。但同时也存在质脆、冲击强度不高、耐热性能差等缺陷。在众多的改性方法中,利用纳米材料的超微尺寸和表面活性效应对PS进行改性显示了其独特的优势,这种方法可以大幅度提高PS的强度、韧性、耐老化性能、耐热性能等。本文综述了近年来纳米材料对PS的改性方法及其复合材料的制备及性能,并对其发展方向进行了展望。
Polystyrene(PS)is an important material in modern plastic industry.It has the advantages of good formability,excellent electrical insulation and low price.But at the same time there are also brittle,impact strength is not high,poor heat resistance and other defects.Among the many modification methods,the modification of PS by using the ultra-micro size and surface activity effect of nanomaterials shows its unique advantages,which can greatly improve the strength,toughness,aging resistance,heat resistance of PS.In this paper,the modification methods of PS by nanomaterials and the preparation and properties of PS composites in recent years are reviewed.
