从高校工笔人物画教学、创作实际以及工笔人物画当代发展的现状入手,梳理了20世纪80年代以来当代工笔人物画的发展脉络;同时对高校工笔人物画师生如何接纳西方现代主义及日本画等新的材料、画法、构图等诸多方面的优长,从艺术理念到造型方式,与传统工笔画的材质、画法进行融合,从教学到创作做了深入地分析和探讨;也针对高校工笔人物画教学和创研存在的一些问题困境,以及如何进行改革等方面提出一些具体意见和建议。

Starting from the teaching,creation practice and contemporary development of fine figure painting in colleges and universities,this paper traces the development of contemporary meticulous figure painting since the 1980s.It also makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on how the teachers and students of fine brushwork figure painting in colleges and universities accept the advantages of new materials,painting methods and composition such as Western modernism and Japanese painting,ranging from artistic ideas to modeling methods,to the integration of traditional fine brushwork materials and painting methods,from teaching to creation.It also puts forward some specific opinions and suggestions on the problems and dilemmas in the teaching and creation and research of fine brushwork figure painting in colleges and universities,and how to carry out the reform.
