摘要
后疫情时代国际中文教育面临职业技能需求新特点、汉语教师职业素养培养新要求、中文教学资源建设与分配的新需求,这些新问题倒逼我们分析和反思国际中文教育需求主体的成本收益、供给主体的经济价值、与全球经济发展及世界文化交流的现实需求,从而构建“以学生需求为中心”的汉语教师培养新方案及“梯田模式”N管齐下的新兴国际中文教育发展体系,拓展新时代国际中文教育工程新发展思路。
In the post-epidemic era,international Chinese education(ICE)is faced with new traits of the demand for professional skills,new requirements for the cultivation of Chinese teachers’professional qualities,and new demands for the construction and distribution of Chinese teaching resources.These new problems force us to analyze and reflect on the cost-benefit of the demand subject of ICE,the economic value of the supply subject,and the practical needs of global economic development and world cultural exchanges,aiming to build a new program for the training of Chinese teachers“centering on students’needs”and a new ICE development system under the“terraced field model”,and expand the new development ideas of the ICE project in the new era.
