为了彰显化工企业管理优势,充分发挥人才优势,做好各项管理工作,化工企业已经转变了以往的安全管理模式,将人本理念融入到了安全管理工作中,以此实现人性化管理目标和价值。但是在具体的管理过程中还存在多个方面的问题,比如:人力资源配置不科学、管理手段缺乏灵活性等,严重影响着人本理念价值内涵的实现。对此,化工企业需要重视人本理念在自身发展、运营管理中的地位和作用,加强研究和分析,制定可靠的安全管理措施。文章主要分析了人本理念下化工安全管理措施,具体阐述了人本理念下化工安全管理的作用、人本理念下安全管理的难点,并提出了人本理念下化工安全管理的措施。

In order to demonstrate the management advantages of chemical enterprises,give full play to the advantages of talents,and do a good job in various management tasks,chemical enterprises have transformed the previous safety management model and integrated the human-oriented concept into safety management work,so as to achieve the goal of humanized management and value.However,there are still many problems in the specific management process,such as unscientific allocation of human resources and lack of flexibility in management methods,which seriously affect the realization of the value connotation of the human-centered concept.For this reason,chemical enterprises need to pay attention to the position and role of the people-oriented concept in their own development and operation management,strengthen research and analysis,and formulate reliable safety management measures.This paper mainly analyzes the chemical safety management measures under the human-oriented concept,specifically expounds the role of chemical safety management and the difficulties of safety management under the human-oriented concept,and puts forward the chemical safety management measures under the human-oriented concept.
