企业安全文化与员工安全状态的层次对应关系

Corresponding Relationship between Enterprise Safety Culture and Employee Safety State

为了更好地建设企业安全文化,促进企业安全生产,文章提出了员工安全状态的概念,分析企业员工的安全状态与安全文化的层次对应关系。安全文化包含安全物态文化、安全制度文化、安全精神文化(安全理念)、员工安全意识及安全行为文化。安全文化与安全状态在制度、理念等有交叉和联系的地方,企业安全文化的建设决定员工安全状态,员工自身安全状态对企业安全文化具有正向引导作用。

In order to better build enterprise safety culture and promote enterprise safety production,the author puts forward the concept of employee safety state.The hierarchical correspondence between enterprise safety culture and employee safety status is analyzed.Enterprise safety culture includes safety state culture,safety system culture,safety spirit culture(safety concept),employee safety awareness and employee safety behavior culture.Enterprise safety culture and safety state in the system,philosophy and so on have the intersection and connection.The construction degree of enterprise safety culture determines the safety state of employees themselves,and the safety state of employees has a positive guiding effect on enterprise safety culture.
