薄壁大型设备卸车及吊梁系统设计

摘要 对云南某公司年产500000 t合成氨工程空分装置的粗氩塔(K10)卸运方案实施进行分析,总结大型长件薄壁设备单台吊车卸车及短距离转运和“无弯矩”吊梁的实施应用,对同类设备的卸车和吊梁的实施应用具有一定的借鉴意义。 By analyzing and summarizing the implementation of the unloading plan of the crude argon column(K10)of the air separation unit of a company in Yunnan with an annual output of 500000 tons of synthetic ammonia,the implementation and application of single crane unloading,short-distance transfer and“no bending moment”lifting beam for large-scale long-piece thinwalled equipment are summarized,and it has certain reference significance in the implementation and application of unloading trucks and lifting beams of similar equipment.
