丙烯是气分装置的主力产品,利用丙烯为原料生产聚丙烯制品,对提高炼厂的经济效益起到良好的促进作用。文章主要结合武汉石油化工公司的气体分馏工艺,介绍提高丙烯产率的最佳工艺条件和优化方法,以此使其在保证产品质量的同时,提高丙烯的产率,从而减少生产成本,并有效提高整体的经济效益。

Propylene is the main product of the gas separation unit.Using propylene as the raw material to produce polypropylene products plays a good role in improving the economic benefit of the refinery.Based on the gas fractionation process of Wuhan Petrochemical Company,this paper mainly introduces the best process conditions and optimization method to improve the yield rate of propylene,so as to improve the production rate of propylene,thus reduce the production cost,and effectively improve the overall economic benefit.
